Albrecht Entrati
The scientist who proved the Void, made first contact with The Indifference and set the Kalymos Sequence in motion.
Discovery and debt
The portal closing on Albrecht's experiment severed a finger of The Man in the Wall. That remnant served humanity's journey into the Void through Reliquary Drive technology. The empire's greatest achievement in travel was built on flesh taken from a being it did not understand.
The Kalymos Sequence
Albrecht prepared Requiem defences, Vessels, hidden laboratories and links across time. He left Kalymos as the key that would summon the Tenno, put the human Loid to sleep and crossed into 1999. However much the plan aims to stop The Indifference, treating the consent of Cavia, Loid and the Hex as secondary continues his Orokin inheritance.
A flawed ally
Albrecht is neither a pure saviour nor a simple tyrant. He recognises the threat before anyone else and builds a real defence against it; he also hoards knowledge, decides on behalf of those he loves, and instrumentalises people for a greater outcome. The Drifter's role is as much about setting a moral limit on that method as about carrying out the plan.
